According to me, heavy exercise is not necessary for good health even if women do normal exercise are the most beneficial. Healthy habits are the best way to avoid disease and live more happily.

Breakfast provides the glucose to boost the energy level, alertness as well as it provides other essential nutrients required for good health.
• Should keep themselves hydrated –
It is very important to drink enough water every day as it helps to regulated the body temperature, prevent different types of infections and also helps to keep organs work properly. Basically our body is depends on water for our survival. so, we should drink water 6 to 8 glasses of water.
• Get enough sleep every night –
Getting proper sleeping is very important for our healthy body. It is as important as eating healthy and practicing exercise. If you will have healthy eating habits and exercise on regular basis but if you are not getting at least of seven hours of sleep every night then also it will effect your health badly.
• Stay positive –
In our daily lifestyle it is very important to stay positive in tough situations having hope and self confidence is the ability to handle the difficult situation. As to live a healthy long and happier life it is important to come over situation and learn to stay positive
